8BTTT'11: Rules

General
- The tournaments take place in The GzHome Forum and 325-326-327 rooms of GameZer.
- The registration must be done in the correct official way by each team captain in correct topic. (important!)
- With the registration any player agrees with the Tournament rules, which are published in the GzHome Forum.
- All Tournament games are played without guide. If a player invites you for a tournament game with guide, reject.
- In case of a bad mouse button contact, the opponent can as a sign of fair play put back the cue ball to its original position, but in case of taking advantage of this situation putting the ball in a different position the player loose the frame. (New)

Championship Account
- Every player is allowed to play in the tournament with one account only.
- Any player of the tournament is allowed to play with his registered tournament ID only.
- The nick name of every participating player must show ASCII characters only.
- The player must play with the flag of his country.
- To hide the flag or the nickname is forbidden and player can't play without showing correct flag and/or without his registered nickname. (important!)
- In case of multiple accounts a player should use only his highest account for Championships.

Disqualifications or penalties
- When the game starts, all the visitors of the game must be silent.
- before the player raises an objection he must read rules first , and then the referee must decide what to do.
- The use of guide programs is strictly forbidden. If such an abuse is discovered you will be disqualified immediately.
- Insulting the other player or the referee is strictly forbidden. If this happens the moderator may expel the insulting player from the competition presenting the proofs to the organizers. (IMPORTANT!)
- Any player who violates the fair play rules of the GzHome OfficialForum, maybe disqualified without any explanation or discussion from the tournament.
- In case of discovering account sharing in a tournament disqualification obligatory.
- In case of discovering a higher account, the player will be automatically out of championship. (IMPORTANT!)- In case of change nickname or change the flag it will be deducted 1 point and in case of repeated violation it will be deducted 2 point and in case of repeated violation then the player will Rule out of the tournament (IMPORTANT!)

8 Ball
- In case of disconnection, if the player loosing the game and his connection is closed then he will loose the frame, and if he was winning the game and his connection closed then the frame must repeat. (New)
- Only 1 disconnection is allowed for past case. (New)
- When only LAST Ball (Black Ball) is left on the table for any of the players, the frame will be counted as a lose for the player who disconnect.
- In case of clear intentional disconnection the moderator can sanction the game as lost to the disconnected player (IMPORTANT!)
- If a player intentionally hit the opponent balls with leftover balls from him in the table the frame is counted as lost (New)
- when the player enter all his balls and still only last ball before the black and it's impossible to hit his ball then he is allwoed to touch the opponent ball to be able to hit his ball and dont loose the time by play slowly or try to not touch any ball intentionally more than one time .(New)

Countdown
If some player doesn't come at time, the countdown will start at 10 minutes. From 10 minutes each 5 minutes will mean 1 frame :

عام
- 325,326,327 البطولات يجب أن تلعب في رومات قزهوم فقط وهي:
التسجيل يجب أن يكون بالطريقه الصحيحه تماما والموضحه بمواضيع البطولة الرئيسية ويجب أن يكون عن طريق الكابتن او نائب الكابتن فقط في - موضوع مستقل يقوم بفتحه بنفسه (هام)
- مع التسجيل بالبطولة على كل لاعب أن يوافق على شروط البطولة وقوانينها كاملة المنتشرة بالمنتدى والموضحه بقسم البطولة
-جميع المباريات يجب أن تلعب بدون تفعيل خاصية القائد وعندما يطلبك اللاعب الخصم بينما الخاصة مفعله يجب الرفض وتنبيه اللاعب الخصم بذلك
في حالة إنفلات الماوس, يستطيع اللاعب الخصم إرجاع المضرب كروح رياضه وأخلاق عاليه من اللاعب ويقوم اللاعب الآخر بوضع المضرب في مكانه الصحيح تماما, وعند وضع الماوس في مكان مختلف أو تغييره قليلا ليسهل الفوز بذلك يخسر اللاعب - القيم مباشرة (جديد(

حساب اللاعب المشارك بالبطولة:
- على كل لاعب التسجيل واللعب بالبطولة بعضوية واحده فقط.
- كل لاعب مسموح له اللعب بالعضوية المسجلة بالبطولة فقط.
- النك نيم المسموح بالتسجيل واللعب به يكون بأحرف ورموز الكيبورد فقط ويمنع الرموز الخارجه عن الكيبورد .
- يجب على اللاعب وضع علم بلاده على مدى مشاركته بالبطولة وعدم تغييره مطلقا.
- (إخفاء العلم أو تغيير النك نيم ممنوع قطعا ولايستطيع اللاعب المشاركة بدون ذلك (هام
- (في حالة إمتلاك اللاعب لأكثر من عضوية يجب عليه التسجيل والمشاركة بالعضوية الأعلى نقاط فقط (هام

الجزاءات والطرد

- عند بدء المباراة يجب على الجميع إلتزام الهدوء وعدم التحدث أو إرسال وجوه تعبيريه داخل القيم .
- قبل أن يعترض اللاعب على القوانين يجب أن يكون قد قرأها جيدا وإلا سوف يعرض نفسه ربما للعقوبة لأن ذلك يسبب تعطيل لمجريات المباراة.
- إستخدام برامج القائد ممنوع قطعا. وعند إكتشاف ذلك سيتم طرد اللاعب مباشرة وإعلان ذلك.
- عدم إحترام اللاعبين أو المشرفين ممنوع قطعا, وعند حدوث ذلك يستطيع اللاعب او الحكم تقديم البراهين على ذلك عن طريق تصوير ذلك وإرفاق الصورة بالمكان المناسب (IMPORTANT!)
- أي لاعب ينتهك قوانين اللعب النظيف التابعه لقزهوم والخاصة بالمنتدى, ربما يعرض نفسه للطرد من البطولة.
- في حالة إكتشاف مشاركة الحسابات والتلاعب بها داخل البطولة سيتم الطرد مباشرة.
- إذا حصل اللاعب على حساب جديد أو إستعاد حساب مسروق يجب على اللاعب إعلان للمنظمين وفي حالة إكتشاف حساب أعلى من الحساب المشارك به للاعب بدون إعلان لذلك سيتم طرد اللاعب من البطولة مباشرة (IMPORTANT!)
- في حالة تغيير النك نيم او وضع نك نيم غير مطابق للشروط أو تغيير أو إخفاء العلم سيتم خصم نقطه على الفريق وعند تكرار ذلك سيتم خصم نقطتين وعند تكرار ذلك للمرة الثالثه سيتم إستبعاد اللاعب (IMPORTANT!)

8 Ball
- في حالة إنقطاع الإتصال, إذا كان اللاعب متقدم او متعادل بالنقاط بالقيم وفصل معه الإتصال يعاد القيم , وإذا كان متأخر بالقيم وفصل معه تحسب خسارة مباشرة إستناداً للسجل الخاص باللاعبين بقيمزر . (New)
- يسمح بإعادة القيم مرة واحدة للحالة السابقة. (New)
- في حالة تبقي الكرة السوداء فقط ثم فصل إتصال اللاعب بذلك يخسر القيم مباشرة دون إعادة.
- في حالة قطع اللاعب للإتصال متعمدا يقوم الحكم بإحتساب خسارة للاعب المتعمد فصل القيم حتى ولو كان متقدماُ(IMPORTANT!)
- عند قيام اللاعب بلمس كرة خصمه متعمداً بينما يتبقى له كرات لم يقوم بإدخالها سيتم احتساب القيم خسارة للاعب (New)
- عند تبقى كره او كرتين للاعب ويستحيل عليه لمس كراته عند ذلك يستطيع لمس كرات خصمه بدون إحتساب خسارة ونكتفي بأنه سيستفيد الخصم من ذلك الفاول, ويمنع تضييع الوقت وإفلات الكره أكثر من مره .(New)

العد التنازلي
إذا لم يحضر أحد اللاعبين على الوقت المحدد, يبدأ العد التنازلي بعد مضي 10 دقائق من بدء الوقت, بعد مرور 10 دقائق كل خمس دقائق تحسب خسارة قيم واحد فقط:
